How IndexMachine works

Connect Search Console, install the Chrome extension, turn indexing on. From then on IndexMachine presses Google's own Request Indexing for your new pages every day, and sends every URL to Bing and the other engines through unlimited IndexNow submissions. Setup takes a few minutes; the daily work never needs you again.

Set it up once: four steps

  1. Sign up free and connect Search Console

Sign in with Google. IndexMachine imports every site you have verified in Search Console with its sitemap. Your first report shows exactly which pages Google hasn't indexed. This part is free.

  2. Install the Chrome extension

Add the IndexMachine Chrome extension and keep Search Console signed in, in the same Chrome, with the same Google account. The extension is what presses Request Indexing for you.

  3. Turn on indexing for your sites

Pick a plan and switch indexing on per site. IndexMachine starts requesting indexing for your unindexed pages the same day, up to Google's daily quota for each site, and keeps going every day after.

  4. Add the IndexNow key file

Download the site's key file from the dashboard and put it at your domain root (the app has a WordPress how-to). From then on, every URL goes to Bing, Yandex, Seznam, Naver and Yep. More on that in the guide to submitting your website to Bing.

What runs for you every day

On autopilotWhat you get
New pagesPicked up from your sitemap automatically. Nothing to submit by hand.
GoogleGoogle's own Request Indexing in your Search Console, up to the full daily quota on every site.
On demandRequest indexing now sends any page within minutes, including a re-index of a page already on Google.
No wasted requestsPages already on Google and pages that can't be indexed never use your quota.
Bing and other enginesEvery URL goes to Bing, Yandex, Seznam, Naver and Yep through unlimited IndexNow.
ProofEvery requested page is tracked until it is on Google, so you see what actually made it.
Index monitoringIf Google drops a page, IndexMachine notices and requests it again.

Google's quota resets every day at midnight Pacific time, so every site gets a fresh set of requests every day, and IndexMachine uses them for you.

What you see in the dashboard

  • Every page and its status: indexed, not indexed, requested, rejected, needs a fix, excluded or not found, with Google's own coverage state and last crawl date.
  • Progress over time: indexed pages per site, charted, plus 30-day clicks and impressions per page.
  • Actions: Request indexing now on any page, Add URL for pages that aren't in your sitemap yet, and bulk exclude for pages you don't want indexed.
  • Alerts and reports: 404 alerts and a weekly email report, so you hear about problems without logging in.
  • IndexNow status: which URLs IndexNow accepted, next to each page's Google status.

Prefer code? The same pages, URL checks and indexing requests are in the IndexMachine API, and in Claude, Cursor and other AI assistants through the MCP server.

Built only on what Google and Bing give site owners

IndexMachine does nothing a site owner can't do by hand. It presses Request Indexing in your own Search Console and sends IndexNow from your own domain. It works only on sites you have verified, with no link farms and nothing posted anywhere else. It just never forgets and never gets bored.

The result so far: Of 1,841 pages IndexMachine requested, 1,418 (77%) were on Google, typically by our first check about 3 days after the request.

Prefer to do it yourself first? The free guide to submitting your website to Google shows the manual steps, and the free Google index checker tests whether a URL can be indexed at all. New features land on the changelog.

What it costs

Sign-up and the index report are free. Daily indexing starts at $12.50 once for one site and 1,000 pages with code BETA50 at checkout, up to 10 sites with 10,000 pages each, or a subscription for unlimited sites. Every plan is on the pricing page.

FAQ

Do I need to keep Chrome open?

The Google requests go out while Chrome is running with the extension, signed in to Search Console with the same Google account. If Chrome is closed, nothing is lost: the requests go out the next time it runs. IndexNow for Bing and your index monitoring keep running either way.

Does IndexMachine change anything in my Search Console?

No settings change. IndexMachine reads your Search Console data, and the extension presses Request indexing on the pages that need it: the same button you would press yourself.

Which sites can I connect?

Any site you have verified in Google Search Console, as a domain property or a URL-prefix property. IndexMachine imports all of them when you connect, and you choose which ones to turn on.

How many pages a day does IndexMachine request?

On Google, the full daily Request Indexing quota of every site, about 10 pages per site per day (Google's own limit). On Bing and the other IndexNow engines, every URL in your sitemap, with no daily cap.

What does the free account include?

Sign-up is free. IndexMachine imports every Search Console site and shows which pages Google hasn't indexed, so you see the gap before you pay. A plan, from $12.50 once with code BETA50, turns on the daily requests.

Is it safe for my site?

Yes. IndexMachine uses only what Google and Bing give site owners: Request Indexing in your own Search Console and IndexNow. It works on your own verified sites, with no link farms and nothing posted on other websites.
