IndexMachine - auto indexing tool for Google SEO.

1. Introduction

Welcome to IndexMachine. These terms and conditions apply to the lifetime deal for our Google SEO autoindexing tool, IndexMachine.

2. Lifetime Deal Description

  • The lifetime deal provides perpetual access to IndexMachine.
  • This deal requires a one-time payment for continuous use of the service.

3. Service Limitations

  • You may index/add up to 5 unique domains. Once a domain is added, it counts towards this limit permanently, even if later removed.
  • Each domain can have a maximum of 1000 pages.
  • IndexMachine can process a maximum of 200 pages per day across all your domains.

4. Domain Management

  • Each domain you activate will consume a portion of your plan's allotted resources. Turning off a domain will not reset the quota that has already been used.
  • You cannot toggle domains on and off as a way to manage your quota, but you can toggle it for enabling/disabling the auto-index feature if needed.
  • Activated domains cannot be changed later. Once used for 5 unique domains, you cannot turn them all off and add 5 new domains.

5. Payment and Access

  • Access to IndexMachine is granted upon payment under the terms of the lifetime deal.
  • Continued access is subject to adherence to these terms and conditions.

6. No Warranty

  • IndexMachine is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
  • Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for IndexMachine.

8. Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to issue refunds and revoke access at any time for any reason.
  • Refunds are issued at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these terms at any time.
  • Changes are effective immediately upon posting, with efforts made to notify you.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing IndexMachine, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
